The other day I entered a special meal request via the app. Unfortunately, the meal was not boarded and the FA said they had no record of it. I used the online Wi-Fi in route and Customer Service came back and said my future reservations don’t show it either. I let them know I didn’t make a request for any other reservation except this one and they offered me a $50 ECERT

has anyone else successfully requested a special meal via the app, or do you need to call in?
