i have a trip booked for April Australia-SIN-HKG-MAD-CAN-HKG-MAD-HKG-SIN-Australia
at the moment work is enforcing 2 weeks unpaid leave for anyone that has visited (including transited) mainland China- initially they said HKG was included but now not sure. I’m assuming AY will allow a switch from CAN to HKG if China is still an issue but you never know. SIN won’t allow entry or transit to those who have been in China. At present Australia is allowing permanent residents back in as long as they self isolate (I’m not a citizen there), but if it gets worse they could close entry down further
i’d only lose about $1000 if I cancelled right now but I do actually really want to go on the trip!!
