99.9% of companies don’t pay sales people any bonuses because they are on a comp plan and bonuses are for individual contributors who are not on comp plans. Again usually senior management at companies have a separate bonus plan too.

not sure how I can cite sources for how companies around the world generally work or if you meant DL specifically? Also I did not say “DL has separate comp plans or all companies have X” so not sure how it’s hyperbole.
