Hello, could use some advice. Booked one-way low level Biz award using UA miles from Singapore to US last summer for travel in March. First two flights were on CA through PEK, and one of those has now been cancelled due to coronavirus. Called last night and rebooked on UA metal, but since a low-level award isn't available, agent said I had to wait list for Biz and downgraded me to Econ. Loads of biz seats available on SIN-SFO and SFO-ORD six weeks out... should they open up the space and honor my confirmed Biz class booking? Suggestions? Thanks in advance.
