Besides the fact that my LAX-ORD connection is going to be a tight one, especially if LAX customs is slow, I am confused by the status line on the itinerary, which appears immediately below the flight number in the lefthand box of each leg:
For my first leg, ORD-LAX, it reads:
Flight: Schedule Changed (this makes sense to me)
For my second leg, LAX-AKL, and my fourth leg, LAX-ORD, it reads:
Flight: Confirmed (this also makes sense to me)
But for the third leg, CHC-LAX, which has also experienced a schedule change, it reads:
Flight: TK
What does "TK" mean ?? Anyone else seen this?
Much appreciated.
You've already got the answer.
However, to give more information.
TK is a change status code.
It means "New timings advised, follows HK."
Due to schedule change of a carrier, the seat is confirmed on new departure time; it should be reported to pax.
Once agent enter @1HK in the screen, it just changes into HK1.
HK is "Holds Confirmed"
