Two weeks before Christmas, I had a short hop 6pm flight to my final destination that delayed 20 min, delayed another 30 min and then delayed until 8am the next day! The app showed delayed 14 hours. The GA told me that I wasn't due any type of accommodation voucher or comp as the flight didn't go MX! I went to the United Club and a great agent there told me that the GA's response was "ridiculous" and booked my on a new flight 90 minutes later.
