Yes! I spoke to Customer Care and they said that their "compensation guidelines have dramatically decreased starting January 1st". I was offered $100 for 16hr Business class flight with no IFE... I pushed and they upped it to $125! The agent said "If you are unhappy with what I am offering you then you must email in because I cannot go any further over the phone."
