I would say $0 or under $25 for a week for sure. You're also assuming that the Hertz car is significantly lower milegae which IMHO is no longer a good assumption. I regularly get cars with 10,000 or 20,000+ miles from the PC section these days (and yes I've occasionally gotten 5 or 10 mile cars but that seems to be the exception rather than the rule these days).
