You might have to stay logged out, but if it saves me 30%, I was willing to suffer with the flight not showing in my account. And even that doesn't apply any more.
Billing address is the last page of the process, and unlike UA, it's never refreshed when I entered a different country.

I wouldn't say it's universally true but in some markets there seems to be a consistent differential.
