Booked a flight HKG-TPE for feb 21. Can’t go because of the travel ban by Taiwan. I called this morning to issue a cancellation (ironically they rescheduled my inbound flight yesterday so I can’t cancel it online), and they issued a refund without cancellation fee. Normally it’s hkd$950
