As has been pointed out you have been misled by incorrect info. You will get off your flight from Canada at D E or F pier. You will check the monitor and follow the signs to the gate in the D pier. You will not change level, you will not pass through security or immigration, and your flight to London will not involve a bus! Relax and enjoy!
