It is row 24 to 27, 2-4-2. Directly behind row 27 comes 3 rows standard economy. There is NO dedicated Premium Economy lav. It is shared with the Economy cabin, I would guess up to row 40ish people will come up to go to the lav.
The seats are decent, with a leg rest. But nothing fancy and not very well cushioned. Every seat has its own IFE with decent selection in dozens of languages, including English
. Catering is a bit better than in economy, like on real china.

it is on the 330, but gives a pretty good idea. Main difference is 2-3-2 on the 330 vs 2-4-2 on the 744.
