I was under the impression that Jpns infection count included all the discovered cases on the cruise liner.
But this website which is really up to date shows Jpn as having 45 cases, even though 61 were positive from that ship.

Does 45 not include people from that ship, or they only include people with Jpn citizenship, or what’s the deal?
