In October, I received a $200 credit 18 days after the booking posted to my credit card. However, I made an additional booking on December 5, and the $200 credit for that booking has yet to appear.
After two months and no rebate received, Chase is now claiming that the rebate is BA’s responsibility, not theirs. This is clearly false, so I am escalating the request.
Is anyone else getting this run-around?
