All wage employees and most merit employees receive ~16% of 2019 income; senior leaders don’t get profit sharing. The formula has changed a few times, but performance reviews haven’t been a factor for frontline employees. Delta constantly rolls the fleet through interior cabin mods... how much more or less money to spend in that area is a useful discussion. I like the overall state of cabin interiors, but a few aircraft subfleets could definitely use some love.
