Waaay too many variables to say reliably. It's going to be based on how full the hotel is, what other guests are doing, how the network is built, what their actual connection is, etc. I've had hotels where I'll get >50Mbps at 3am, but mid-evening it's barely 1Mbps. Highest I've ever seen at a hotel was 216Mbps. If you have the option of going hardwired, that's almost always the best option.
