Hi everyone, newbie here just wanted to know how QR Privilege Club works. Trying to book YYZ to BOM (YYZ-YUL-DOH-BOM) and the QR website is showing huge difference in Qpoints and Qmiles if booked through YUL instead of YYZ. Basically I'm trying to book economy saver as my outbound and business promo as inbound, so how many Qpoints and Qmiles I'll earn, anyone please help to figure out?
As per Qcalculator for Burgundy member:
YYZ to BOM Outbound Economy Saver
Qpoints - 8
Qmiles - 714
BOM to YYZ Inbound Business Promo
Qpoints - 16

But from YUL it's a lot more
YUL to BOM Outbound Economy Saver

Or we get Qpoints and Qmiles for each segment? Example YYZ to YUL + YUL to DOH + DOH to BOM? But for Outbound YYZ-YUL its operated by WestJet and inbound YUL-YYZ by AC. Rest is on QR.
For segments actually operated by QR the calculation will be the same if you take the end to end or via DOH (e.g. YUL-BOM = YUL-DOH + DOH-BOM); and that's what you will earn on your trip - for YUL-YYZ you will not earn on either AC or Westjet
YYZ-BOM showing a result on the QCalculator might be because QR offers a codeshare with somebody on that route (e.g. BA via London)
