I just tried this and it seems to work.

If you want to specify to use a particular airline's FARE, you can use the undocumented features that were posted here before.

If you want to specify which airline operates the flight, you can use the O:XX+ thing that was posted earlier. Note that saying who operates the flight doesn't say whose flight number it is (for instance it could be a US flight with a UA flight number).

Example:

You want to use a UA fare, but on flights operated by US:

From: WAS::O:US+ / f ua
To: CHI::O:US+ / f ua

This seems to return UA codeshare flight numbers on US-operated flights (connecting in CLT in this case).
