Thanks for the information! This is helpful. My first rental is coming up this weekend since I joined Gold Rewards and you’ve answered my question perfectly. Had read on other posts that one could visit your local office to process your information in advance of the rental. I tried to do that today but the employee at the Hertz desk here in my city had very limited English skills unfortunately and couldn’t understand what I was trying to do, so I was resigned to seeing what happened on arrival in LAS.
