None were on the list day-of-flight, which I guess means all who requested one got it. Not sure how many that was. I'm guessing ~3 got upgraded given what the seat map looked like a couple days out.

On the return flight, there were 18 on the list, and 2 cleared, not including my wife, unfortunately. She had to suffer the long flight in PE.
