Same, except in online mode. FWIW, the "Automatically Adjust Quality" setting (esp. as I have Hardware Transcoding on my server back home) does a good job of keeping PQ OK, esp. since a lot of my server's movies are 4K but a lot of hotel WiFis tend to max out around ~15-20 MBit/sec.
