The Privacy and safety of our guests and visitors are our highest priority. Usage of unmanned aerial systems such as drones or other mechanical devices that fly, hover or suspend above the ground on or within the airspace around and above the resort are strictly not permitted.
This includes drones used for filming or photographing, as well as any drone use by media or journalists operating above or within the resort perimeter extending to any devices launched or operated from the property, including any drones launched from private property or vessels outside of the resort's boundaries.
Violation of this policy may result in confiscation of any drone equipment, and may subject violators to any damages, including, but not limited to, damages for violations of privacy and / or physical or personal injuries or property damage.
