Is the bus from Seattle airport to the rental center slow?

I was considering making the rental car center the place to be picked up. I think that adds too much time. I think being picked up at the departure level is best. Maybe being picked up at the light rail drop off point is 2nd best. 3rd best is the Hilton by the light rail station.
