An update on award availability at this hotel as of 5/2/2020.

Still a single room on 31st May 2020 at 20k points
Followed by a room available on 30th and 31st December 2020 at 30k points.
Plenty of rooms available in January 2021 (a year out from now) - perhaps the hotel hasn't got around to zeroing out rooms as reservations start avail themselves automatically.

I followed up with the Lurkers here and after some unfortunate back and forth, they confirmed that only one type of room is available for points reservations: A "Standard Room, Guest Room, 1 Twin/Single Bed(s)" .
The hotel also followed up on this with the reservations manager stating that here are only 10 rooms of this type at the hotel and they're all fully-booked by "groups" (tour groups?).

Oddly enough, "Cozy Guest Rooms, 1 Twin/Single Bed(s)" are always available and have the same room description & amenities as the "Standard Room".
The only difference between a Standard and Cozy room is that the Standard room gets "Complimentary business services".
