Does anyone know if miles acquired through Club LifeMiles counts towards the 200,000 mile maximum purchase limit per year?

Can I get a Club 7,000 subscription and purchase 200,000 miles for a total of 312,000 miles this year, or am I limited to only 200,000?

I’m trying to figure out if I should sign up for Club Lifemiles, or wait until a bonus promotion comes along.
