it's usually very quiet around 6-8am, and will be even quieter now, given many flights are no longer going thru HKG given the n-CoV outbreak.
Enjoy a (long) hot shower and a good nap! Don't forget to ask for a blanket from the reception, and bring earplugs and a mask. And set phones to silent before zzzzz-ing
