Oslo is usually fine for B2B but beware at peak summer season, when tourism is at maximum levels and all the Norwegians go on holiday too.
Flights from Asia also cause some delays at passport control even at off-times because they all have to be processed manually and it's a slow process, but should not keep you from B2B success. Remember the non-Schengen transfer diversion half way along the long, elevated corridor from passports to the baggage hall. Do not go to the baggage hall!
