This redemption of the voucher looks to be linked to the thread I just posted about my (and my wife's) HHA being emptied out of nearly 1m Avios; seems the GUF2 hasn't been applied against the booking and he has taken just shy of 1m Avios from our account to pay for it. BA looking into it and trying to fix.......
