If you go back and read the whole (last half of this) thread, since the announcement about instant emails, you'll see that
no one has yet reported getting an instant email on an Amex purchase at
any RN site.
And you should save your receipts (or photos or scans of them) in all cases, anyway IMHO. We don't yet have enough experience with these instant emails to know whether they
guarantee correct posting.
