You can specify a whole bunch of destinations by separating them with ;
For example, I'm in Washington, in the "from" field i would put in IAD::UA UA (2 segments). In the "to" field I would put a whole bunch of destination, for example NYC;PHL;PIT;CLT;RDU;CLE;CMH;IND;BVG;MHT;BOS;MSP::U A UA (2 segments to any of the above airports)
Also, if you select the option to fly to any airport within 300 miles, then there will be a lot of results being returned by ITA. Make sure you disable airport change to make your life easier.
