The lowest cost being free while not as generous as before, it is very easy to understand and very readily be seen, if one pays attention.
Admit to not paying close attention. So guilty!
I am booking with a frenzy a number of weeks/month long journeys for myself and others and and in a tunnel vision getting tasks accomplished fast and furious
Most of the time its a very straight ahead process. As someone who has booked travel for decades I still find the policy a bit odd
'When I booked a similar 5 night award with Hilton this week for Boston there was no funny business figuring out the average cost
it was the cost of all 4 nights with the 5th free
Though I am sure it could easily be the same there too depending
Appreciate all those who replied to my question as Marriott's Customer service call centers aren't what they use to be!
