Hi,

Never heard of that term. I thought that it might mean 'Basic Economy' but it is not.

Depending on the airline some seats at the back of the plane might be better ( ie on BA 747s rather than 3 seats at the side the last few rows might only have 2 so the window pax has a bit more space to the side of the seat ( due to the curviture of the aircraft) but appreciate the article might be relating more to US carriers
