How enquiries do you have now? They probably didn't approve you for the enquiries rather than not having long history with them.
6 over the last 12 months...1 in March, 2 in Oct and 3 in Nov....2 out of the 3 in Nov are from US Bank as they duplicated the inquiry when I applied then and they don't want to recognize their mistake yet still shows two inquiries within 3 days although I only applied once. Yet out of all 6 total there is only new one credit card in my profile
