I agree. I really miss the days before the rental car center. It can and likely will add a good bit of time to your departure. I think I've averaged about 40-50 minutes the last few times from pulling in to the rental center to actually walking up to security. Arriving.. ugh... about the same but I did have one time take well over an hour from walking off the plane to being in a car. And we move fast and know the airport well. We just stood on the curb and stood... and stood some more. It wasn't even busy, the bus just didn't come for about 40 minutes we were waiting.

Oh and I use National so I never have to go in. I just walk up and grab a car but I always seem to end up waiting for a bus for more than a few minutes.
