What does it say specifically? Nothing on the KE website seems to indicate that and none of the reviews for the lounge that I found online suggest that. Perhaps you misread it. KE Skypass members qualify for KE Milion Miler Club by flying 1 million miles on KE or Skyteam partners, but MM's from Skyteam partners are not members of the KE Million Miler Club. Note that you must also be flying KE Prestige Class/First for access. KE MM status alone is not sufficient for entry. The "best" lounge would likely be the First lounge (which can only be accessed by FC passengers).
