For some unknown reason, I've been having problems with this, too.

I've done two round trips Germany - IAD - Germany on United metal and United flight numbers with the ticket issued in "Y" class and both legs of each flight upgraded to NC by using 15,000 Mileage Plus miles from my Mileage Plus account.

I should have received the 150% EQM on each leg. However, my on-line account shows only regular (100%) EQM.

It also shows the flights as being in "C" class, but clearly the computer knows that is "NC" since I didn't get the class of service bonus for "C" either.

Had I not been upgraded, the on-line account would show the flights in "Y" class, and the problem should not have arisen.

I've written Mileage Plus and enclosed copies of the "receipt" portion of the ticket clearly showing issuance in "Y" class, but still no correction has posted. You'd think it should be obvious anyway, since the upgrades (also relected on the on-line account) show 15,000 per upgrade, which is only done for "Y" and "B" tickets -- the same tickets that get the 150% EQM.

I'm beginning to get frustrated with this.
