Men’s Haircut in Taipei/Xinyi
Looking for a referral for a reasonably priced haircut place that has some experience with less-than-full caucasian heads. Something under 800NT but not QB quality or similar. I’ve tried a small local shop and they did an ok job although 不太短 ended up as 太短。
