I am a 1k. I purchased a ticket for myself and my partner at the same time. She does not have any united status. Her ticket says boarding group 1.

Is she allowed to pre-board with me when they call 1k? Or wait for group 1.

She has always waited for group 1 to board. But we were recently on a flight and they told her she can board with me.

Curious to hear your thoughts.
