currently 6EF could move to 2A/3A or 3A/4A
I don't believe there is any extra space on window seats from pictures I have taken during my flights but if there is, there can't be much in it. I think the main deciding factor will simply be whether you want to talk easily without having to get up or whether you want to have a window or two to look out of and a bit of privacy.

Two options really: pre order if you know what you would like to have anyway, thereby avoiding any issues OR indeed move back/forward to be closer to one end of the cabin if food choice and delay in getting it is more important than noise or other factors. Mid cabin is good for noise. Pre-order and you'll not have to worry.
Safe travels.
