Question GGL: Hilton Honors Diamond upgrade timeline
I became GGL on 6 Jan and called to upgrade my Hilton account to Diamond on 15 Jan. Nothing happened, so I called again on 23 Jan to get my HH number added to the list again. As of 30 Jan, I am still Gold (from Amex Platinum). Does anyone have experience of how long this usually takes?
