Depends on your definition of "best".
Some would say it's a beautiful drive or train ride. Others will say it's a 2 hour flight, why would anyone want to spend 15-16 hours in a car or train?
I'm pretty sure easyJet flies it, so there should be some decent fares if you want to go that route. Obviously Air France will have some options.
Always check specific airports, especially if you see a dirt cheap fare. CDG and ORY are the two Paris airports. Some airlines will show BVA - an airport almost 100 kilometers away - as "Paris". Unless you're headed to that part of France, you probably want to avoid that.
