Generally happy

Strage welcome was offered either points or drink or club access. I obviously chose the club access.

Bought - Double
Given - Double on Club Floor

How are the rooms?

Clean but dated. Very dark. No plug sockets next to bed but USB port in the lamp base.

2 bottles of water,, tea , coffee and kettle and coffee maker. Minibar

I was disturbed by the air con pr some other humming in the corridor so switched rooms still noisy from that.

How is the exec. lounge?

Small but OK. Breakfast was unusual - couple of hot dishes in small bowls with weird combination of food. Smoked salmon & meat but no cheese.

Self self alcohol between 17.30 - 19.30 and good range of snacks on offer

What was good and what was bad?

Location was good - opposite Blackfriars station for train and underground. Tate Modern just across the river.

At night they close the doors opposite Blackfriars so you have to use the rear entrance but that was poorly sign posted. Not helpfull to say 'entrance is in XXX street' when you don't know the area.


Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?

Paid average of £120 per night.

Not sure if I would return. Maybe for a lower room rate I would.
