No ticket means that you will not be permitted to board as that is evidence of payment. Whether your situation is intended, an error or simply a slow process, you can't know without a call. No need for you to speculate, simply ask for the e-ticket number for the segment in question.
For the benefit of the broader community, one needs both a reservation and a ticket. Anything amiss may well be an error or something which self-corrects or requires an extra minute or two at check-in. OR, it may be a sign that there is something wrong which needs to be addressed immediately.
