I believe they will, but you probably need to be transferred to Retentions as frontline reps may not be able to. Suggest HUCA if you encounter a lot of difficulties once at retentions. I converted an old Merrill+ to a Cash Rewards in early 2019. Unfortunately since its also a No AF card I can't comment on if they'd refund the fee so may search around DoC and r/churning for DP's?
