BoA Premium Rewards fee just hit. Will BoA convert the Premium Rewards card to a Cash Rewards card ? If so, will they refund the fee ?

I know If I cancel, they will refund the fee (< 30 days since statement closing). So will they refund for a conversion, assuming they allow a conversion at all ?
