Yep, just download the Arro and Curb apps to your phone, save a credit card in each, and you can Pair & Pay in the cab.

You can also use both apps to hail yellow cabs remotely, though Curb charges you $1.95 extra if you hail (not pair & pay). Last time I used it, Arro did not have the surcharge, but it's been a while.

You also automatically get receipts emailed to you, so it's quite convenient.
