Hello, Paplover, came across this old post of yours just now. I'm moving from Bellingham back to Ireland this summer (flying from Seattle or Vancouver) and am wondering if there is any way to go via a continental city to avoid having to fly my pets (1 cat, 1 dog) as cargo directly into Dublin at considerable expense. Did you end up traveling via Amsterdam or other European city? If so, what option did you use and how did it work out, what did it cost?

Any advice much appreciated!
