Interesting review just posted by One Mile at a Time of the "old" Virgin Atlantic Business class seat, which of course is exactly the same as Air NZ current business class seat. Great photos which show how similar the seat is.

Note his comments that in his opinion the seat is "subpar business class seat" ; "your feet basically feel like they’re in the aisle" ; "These seats have literally no storage" ; "the TVs are really small"

Virgin of course has a bar and pyjamas but unlike NZ they dont do mattresses
