I am not trying to duplicate the same topic that I posted on SQ Forum. However, I need a Customer Service email address in Asiana Headquarter to resolve my missing miles that are supposed to be credited to my KrisFlyer on an OZ flight. Anyone can give me a hint?
I have called and sent email to local Asiana Representative here in Jakarta, but seems that my query is being hold back by local office.
