From a European perspective. the problem here is that the US is so bizrrely out of track with the civilised world when it comes to the acceptability of portrayals of nudity and sex. For example, in Northern Europe (Scandinavia, France, Germany, etc.) "Shakespeare in Love" is rated "universal access" or has an age restriction of 6 or 7!
Airlines from other parts of the world regularly show full frontal nudity on their IFEs. Look out for (or avoid, depnding on your point of view) the "original Cut" selections on CX for example.
